Pros
The hospital is beautiful and the work people do is very efficient. There is a clear system and they give you very extensive training, with easy communication with leaders. The job isn't too difficult; there were some days where I would bring a book, etc. However, you still gain great experiences with working with people.
Cons
The job as a desk clerk could get a little boring. The nurses seemed overworked, especially in MedSurg, but they still seemed pretty satisfied with their jobs.
