      -Good benefits -If you're "in" with the managers, you don't have to do too much -a few dedicated coworkers

      Cons

      poor communication leadership inaction favoritism lack of inventory control inexperienced management no departmental structure You're either micro-managed, OR not managed at-all toxic work culture

      Applied online, interview process was quick, welcoming, and easy to set up! Onboarding was efficient and easily set up! Was made aware of requirements up front and given information and resources to successfully complete the requirements!
