      Pros

      The familial atmosphere. This is a small hospital (Wesley Chapel) where upper management is very visible and accessible. In my 2 years here this hospital has won #1 Workplace 2 times!

      Cons

      Payroll ends Sat at midnight. So if you work that particular Sat you don't get paid for the hours between 12a-7a. Those hours go on your next check. And, no- no overtime is accrued. This may not be true in the non- 7th Day Adventist hospitals.

      Flexible scheduling with PRN Position

      Cons

      No benefits, or raise received as a PRN. I had to do research and bring up the PRN salary of other Advent hospitals to get a raise.
