I can bet any amount of money on the fact that the three reviews, that contains 5 star, is absolutely paid review. I work there, and I know that the HOED (Head of Engineering Department) can force any employee to provide a 5-star review, otherwise t-hreate-n them to t-erm-inat-e from their job. This is not a software company. This is a P-R-I-S-O-N. They are running a D-grade company in the name of Japanese culture...LOL. Their Japanese team gets all the facilities, leaves, and all other facilities. But you will only receive criticism, mental pressure, fake punctuality, moody PM, absolutely unworthy, disqualified, arrogant, mannerless HOED (who was previously a TRUCK DRIVER, and he used fake qualifications on his career. I have all the evidences. I wish I could show it to others). And, they also give an increment of $10-$20. So, think again before joining.
