Decent salary for the area, great colleagues to work with, decent work life balance, good products and pleasant customers (academia and pharma), Its actually two separate legal entities (Advion and Interchim) that market together under the Advion Interchim Scientific AIS moniker.
Cons
Owner (Chairman Jiang Tao Du) lost interest in the company and does not act like an investor. Went through 5 CEOs in as many years creating plenty chaos. Kaveh Kahen is not the current CEO, its Jamey Jones. Unethical business practices: borrowing money from vendors by paying them late has damaged reputation and personal connections, no inflation adjustment nor merit increases to salaries (but bonus/award pays for managers at the same time), constructive dismissal (aka silent firing) of employees is the new normal. No leadership skills or near term goals visible.
