The organization attracts very high quality, driven individuals which makes for an enriching and stimulating workplace. The mission of the organization requires high level thinkers, and tremendous dedication on the part of management and staff.

I don't consider this a negative, but clearly this organization is no place for the weak. Very strong personalities have very strong opinions, which make for conflict. From conflict is born innovation, however. Every organization that strives for excellence will experience the very same type of conflict. If you are a slacker, do not apply here.

The Marketing/Creative Dept. regularly tosses new challenges your way and allows you to individually or as a team create your response to the challenge. The CMO is extremely supportive of each staff member. These two together make for a great combination which allows everyone to be at their most creative. The team functions well together, has fun and celebrates victories.

Creativity is not typically a 9-5, turn it on and then turn it off skill. As of December 2016 there was some flexibility with working remotely or off hours, other shops have fewer restrictions. This may have changed, at the time I was leaving there was talk of allowing more leeway.
