The staff are friendly enough, nothing out of the ordinary, but they do greet you with a smile.

The management is a mess with seriously poor structure. The teams can’t stand each other and it feels like a war zone most days. There’s a fake front of professionalism but it doesn’t go deep. Pay is on the lower end too. But honestly the worst part is the direct managers. They act like they own you with no real accountability and no proper evaluation system just whatever they personally like or don’t.
