Pros

Young, vibrant, innovating, fast-paced and healthy environment, not only amongst the employees (regardless their seniority) but also in relation to the workplace. If you're someone with the 'get-it-done' spirit, a go-getter, then Advizzo is for you and sky is the limit. I've never had an idea/suggestion turned down because it was too complex or too difficult. Advizzo is build upon people who believe in change as long as the change is in the right direction. Despite of being a start-up, I could not have been given a better life-work balance. Whilst being very knowledgeable in their respective areas, Senior Managers are approachable, understanding and always have the common good in mind.

Cons

I can't find any, besides of moving offices twice last year ;)

Pros

Advizzo is a great place to work, where as an employee you can take real ownership of your work. Managers makes a point in empowering you to be self-sufficient while providing the required support. They encourage collaboration and cross-functional projects where teams are brought to work together. This is a start-up where you can have a real impact, both internally and externally. The company seeks to foster a positive environment where innovation and ideas are nurtured and developed. The team is also truly international and multicultural, and the business thrives from the diversity of backgrounds and perspectives that you and your colleagues bring to the table. Advizzo a mission-driven company that seeks to make a real change in people’s life; to help them reduce their energy and water consumption, their bills, and to improve customers’ relationship with their utility company. This directly manifests itself in people’s attitude towards their daily work: you can tell that people care about what they do and are motivated to do it.

Cons

The work environment is the one of a real start-up: it can be unstable and fast-paced, which requires strong problem-solving skills. You have to be proactive, seek advice and support when needed but also show some independence in your work. It’s clear this does not work for everyone, as some people require more structured and stable work environments.

Pros

- A new company with a future that is still open to your influence (as an employee). - A company culture that is very friendly, informal and laidback, but a strong team that pulls together when things get difficult. - A lot of exciting opportunities in regards to the work and projects to work on. - Management are always receptive to new ideas and suggestions on the way things are run, as well as the direction of the company. - Problems that arise are always resolved together with everyone's interests in mind. - The work is incredibly interesting, impactful and a whole lot of fun. Developing ways on using technology to influence human behaviour for pro-environmental purposes. - A small factor, but a company culture where the team endeavours to sit and eat lunch together (as opposed to everyone eating at their desks in isolation) is always a bonus in my books.

Cons

- As is the nature of a young start up, things can seem disorganised. But that is just a reflection of its ambitions. And as previously stated, messes are quickly dealt with together, and new systems are put in place that takes everyone into consideration. - There's not a great selection of lunch options in the area of the office.....but that is being resolved with the upcoming office move.
