      The training is good, and there is lot of room for improvement. Experience is all that you can get.

      Cons

      Very less salary for the effort put upon. Not the best work environment. Lacks flexible timing and understanding employee needs.

      Caring team, amazing clients. I enjoyed my time at Aegis and only left because I moved out of state for family reasons.

      The scheduling could be more flexible .
