Great company, president who cares - Anonymous- Salaried Staff Aeries Software Employee Review

The changes to people and culture are great! They recently released the new core values for the company and it was clear that change had to happen for Aeries to continue to grow. I feel like we are gaining traction and moving in the right direction!

There are a few employees who are stuck in 1999 and are resisting the the changes.

Own 50% of the California market share. The employees and culture are great. Very collaborative and the Director of Sales is awesome. Opposite of micro manager.

A lot of change in leadership in an attempt to scale the company and change the go to market strategy. With this, there has been some poor implementation. Very little patience to grow the business with high expectations of new reps. Not a lot of earning potential in a very saturated market that really doesn't purchase often.
