None, there is not a single positive thing to say about this company...

About everything...work culture is extremely corrupt, HR is more a political office than an asset for the company, the HR Director and his senior managers work with their own agenda that has no connection with acquiring and developing talent. Some senior manager are flat out corrupt and tend to spread the corruption through the company without anybody preventing this...the CEO ( who is not Fabrizio Palenzona, Palenzona is the Chairman ) is not up to the task, he has no strategic visions nor leadership skills.

ADR is a big former state company privatized in 2000. It runs the State's concession for managing the infrastructure of Fiumicino Airport. It is very solid and has an investment and infrastructure's expansion plans: a rarity in the area in these times.

ADR is still affected from its past of State owned company, as such it is somewhat slow paced company and quite bureaucratic.
