Management is mostly wonderful, with excellent people skills. They believe in work-life balance and are easy going. Aerospace Solution's management are willing to try new work related things.
Cons
Aerospace Space management team is still learning how to keep the work pipeline full. Keeping contract employees fully employed is still a challenge for Aerospace Solutions.
