Pros
regular hours/can make your own hours if you're pulling in contracts. Decent benefits and room to move up. Most people working there are pretty friendly
Cons
Management is not the best. You are told you have to make a certain number of calls a day. But you also have to have a certain number of interviews set up. Plus you are to do things after hours on the weekend when you're not getting paid.
