A year ago, the company was led by a strong, experienced team that genuinely cared about both employees and customers

Recent leadership changes have significantly impacted the organization. The new CEO and several of the leaders he brought in do not appear to have the technical background or industry understanding needed for our product or our customers. This has resulted in missed expectations, declining customer satisfaction, and challenges retaining both clients and employees. Internal partners and vendors have also felt the strain. It’s disappointing to watch a company that once had such promise lose its direction.
