Pros
I wish I could think of one, but I can't.
Cons
The entire company. I've never seen a merger that was the much of a mess. Have a plan in place before buying 4 companies and trying to turn it into one. The entire executive team has no clue about this industry, and they are going to destroy the existing business relationships they already have if they keep going at the pace they are on. I worked for a legacy company that was part of the merger, and it is sad to see the culture that was built there turn into the current situation: a giant dumpster fire. Tons of tenured people have either left on their own, are looking to leave, or have been let go by the company without good reason. The pay plan is atrocious too. And its the second one since May 1st. If you are looking for stability in a company, then this is not the place for you. The culture is toxic and the morale is low - not a recipe for success.
