Pros
Manager was very flexible with my family life. Free Food. Worked with a great team locally and regionally. Has a small company atmosphere and it felt like family.
Cons
Worked there almost 10 years and never got a raise. Requests were made but it never happened. always had good reviews but you really never knew where you stood with them at times. Also the ESOP was a little questionable. Hard to get information out of them on profit sharing. Many changes the last few years I was there and it got to be a little confusing on focus as it was changing. also no upward movement. They will give you additional responsibilities but no increase in benefits. The healthcare was always changing and rates were not good.
