Pros
Built some really great people and found out the hard way to not rely on others and invest in myself to grow professionally
Cons
The positive reviews on here are planted which is sad that the company invests time into rewriting the narrative as opposed to fixing the problem. There is no growth or ability to move upwards no matter how long you’ve been with the company. They make promises they cannot keep and find a way to make you think it’s your fault or move the goal post. No direction, everything is reactive or retrospective. There is no accountability or self awareness from management for their part in the ongoing decline in their internal staff. They let their staff down time and time again through their poor management approach which is really just micromanagement and mind games. Favouritism is unlike anything I’ve ever seen but it’s focused on the yes men that sold their soul as opposed those that actually achieve results and do well. They don’t care about the wellbeing of their staff and act like it’s a personal attack when people resign. The internal culture has completely gone, days are silent in the office and the atmosphere tense. It’s uncomfortable being there and it stems from the managers so no amount of forced or fake mingling will help. Everyone is so worried that if they say anything that it will be taken back to the top and used against them so they don’t want to involve themselves. Managers and team leaders watching you like hawks and reporting back, telling you off for being out of your seat and not working even if you’re having work related discussions with colleagues which is required as a result of their team models, even having other standard employees listening in so they can get a pat on the back. If you’re ever perceived as having a negative view on things, especially a negative opinion on decisions they’ve made, be careful. Not being commission based is not a positive, it’s a way to line their own pockets and hope no one will notice how much they’re missing out on. But it’s really not about the money, some people are paid quite well even if it’s because of damage control tactics. The real problem is leadershipnever think they have done wrong and therefore never change. They don’t value your input, your hard work, your extra mile. They value your unwavering, unquestioning, immediate loyalty and adoration, that’s how you get far in this company - even with that said, there’s been quite a few behind closed doors conversations that have been spilled which shows the just deplorable behaviour from leaders.
