-People are easy to get along with and work with -Development managers work to help you improve and succeed -Minimal overtime needed and it will be returned as vacation time -Great location for people North of Toronto -Good job security
Cons
-Occasional unrealistic deadlines require working overtime -Starting vacation time is 2 weeks, at the time of writing it is increased after 4 years service and again at 8 -Compensation is lower than Toronto
