      Most colleagues are good. Security was good.

      Family owned with a lot of in fighting between different factions within top C level management; bad accommodations/housing; bad food; almost never pay bonuses!

      Pros

      A great culute of support among the employees. Senior engineers love to teach and support juniors.

      Cons

      Weak and poor management. Departments work quite slow, and it sometimes feel a governmental organization where everything moves slow.
