      Excellent products, worldwide presence, work with agriculture, in general good people

      Cons

      People are managed as a resource only, not as humans with needs, no recognition for effort nor results. Very conservative senior management

      Pros

      Lots of great benefits. Really they are unmatchable. Free health insurance, cell phone reimbursment, internet reimbursement, work from home, gas allowance, quarterly bonuses.

      Cons

      Difficult culture. No rules, sometimes chaos. No structure. Some people get away with not working much at all. Others work hard. Management is untrained.
