Pros

There’s no pros. They just fire people without notice , even in the training

Cons

I worked at Afni and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was terminated due to “performance standards,” even though I was doing well overall. Some of the metrics like VXS and AHT dropped at times because my internet connection was not working properly, which affected my system performance. What was most frustrating is how the termination was handled. I was removed from a Webex session without any proper notice or clear warning that my job was at risk. During training, we were asked to sign documents saying we would improve our performance. We were told it was “just for record” and that we were not in trouble. However, those same records were later used against us. The company often says it’s very hard to get fired at Afni because they focus on improving employees. But in my experience, I was let go without a clear warning or opportunity to fix the issue. I believe employees deserve transparency, fair communication, and a real chance to improve before such decisions are made.

Pros

Work life balance is amazing. The production requirements are not over the moon and hard to attain. You can and will produce well if you're working like you should. The subrogation department is outstanding. The managers actually care and are very transparent.

Cons

Third party administrators are always at the mercy of their clients need. The need for employees seem to fluctuate a bit, so make yourself valuable so if lay offs occur you aren't the first to go.

Pros

* If you ever want to work in management, this place will give you an education in what not to do. * Decent benefits package. * Weekly food trucks for lunch. * Some opportunities for promotion if you work hard.

Cons

* Management is the biggest con. They are not transparent, don't really know what they are doing, and make decisions by the seat of their pants. Most decisions are knee-jerk reactions to something that could have been prevented if they had half a clue how to do their job. * If you have a question, you can expect to get a 5 different answers from 5 different managers or being told one thing only to have a completely different thing take place. * The call floor is the most toxic place I have ever seen. You can feel it hanging in the air the moment you walk in.
