* If you ever want to work in management, this place will give you an education in what not to do.
* Decent benefits package.
* Weekly food trucks for lunch.
* Some opportunities for promotion if you work hard.
Cons
* Management is the biggest con. They are not transparent, don't really know what they are doing, and make decisions by the seat of their pants. Most decisions are knee-jerk reactions to something that could have been prevented if they had half a clue how to do their job.
* If you have a question, you can expect to get a 5 different answers from 5 different managers or being told one thing only to have a completely different thing take place.
* The call floor is the most toxic place I have ever seen. You can feel it hanging in the air the moment you walk in.
