I have been an employee at Africa Practice for just over two years, and I have loved every moment here. I have had ample opportunities to grow in both my position and my knowledge and skillset. I have thrived while working across borders and have truly found my place within the organization; it feels like I belong here. I see continuing opportunities for growth at Africa Practice, and I do not intend to leave anytime soon. Africa Practice has had a significant impact on me, which inspires and motivates me to get up each day and work towards our ultimate goal: making a positive impact on the continent

The only downside I’ve experienced is the exposure to, as some might say, "negative news," which is unavoidable in our line of work. However, we have a generous amount of leave days available, and I have taken advantage of these to unwind and recharge. We also have very supportive and understanding management that gives us tools and support to manage and cope when we feel overwhelmed with the news.
