They can't retain their employees at all, can fire anyone anytime, if someone stays and grows in terms of compensation the third party vendor will find ways to fire you and replace you with someone else (less paying). Too much politics, toxic culture and too many people with too much power. This is the company your mentors told you to stay away from.
