Pros

I could not find any if salary on time for your hard work comes under that criteria, then yes.

Cons

Working at AfterShip was an eye-opener — not for innovation or growth, but for how poor leadership can ruin a great company from within. The India operations are practically run by one individual who sits mostly abroad yet behaves like the CEO of the entire organization. He controls every decision remotely, creating a culture filled with ego, confusion, and unnecessary politics. To make things worse, the India operations have been handed over to a local vendor (Crystal Televentures), which has only amplified the mismanagement. Between this remote “CEO” figure and the vendor leadership, the workplace has become chaotic and demoralizing. I often wonder how the actual CEO has never questioned this setup — or asked why so many intelligent, hardworking people who genuinely cared about the company have left one after another. It’s disheartening to see talented individuals pushed away while the wrong people continue to hold unchecked control. The real CEO seems like a decent person, but unfortunately, he has turned a blind eye to the damage being caused under his leadership. Giving full control of the India office to the wrong hands has been a massive mistake and is slowly hurting AfterShip’s global reputation. What was once a promising workplace has now become a cautionary tale of power trips and poor oversight.
