Only Saturday, Sunday off and more holidays than usual.
Cons
Worst work culture. They provide same salary for a MBA graduate and a B.sc graduate, no value for the skill sets only do labour work riding scooty and go everywhere. Salary is much more lower than industry standards. Extensive travel through 3A ..45 hours, 75 hours as per the company rules. Just purchase karo, bill banao, quotation bhejo and all. Not worth it for a MBA graduate
