It's agency work, so it comes with all of the usual cons – there can be late nights, stressful time management, bad clients, losing clients, etc. That's sort of just agency life. Especially at a small, independent agency.
But leadership is made up of good people who will do what they're able to do to help you. And your coworkers generally band together to support you, so you're not left hanging out to dry. I personally saw crappy clients get fired because they just weren't a good fit – you just have to speak up and not let things fester.
