      Disorganized and mismanaged: The CEO didn't show up for our scheduled interview meeting, The technical lead didn't know who I was when I got hired I never got a job description only vague "we need you do to wear a lot of hats"

      We originally wanted to hire you as a magician, which is why we said you needed to “wear a lot of hats” 🎩 But since you had more experience, we settled for Data Scientist. More seriously, we appreciate the note and agree that clarity in hiring, onboarding, and role expectations matters. Missing meetings is definitely not the norm at AE.
