Pros

They’ll reward you with a single slice of pizza—probably the cheapest they could get, so don’t expect anything better than what you'd find at a gas station.

Cons

I worked at Agency VA for about 7-8 months, and it was an awful experience. First off, their training is terrible. They have someone from either Nicaragua or the Philippines try to teach you virtually, which doesn’t cut it. Then, they sell you to clients for around $3-4K, depending on your experience. Once you land a client, you're left on your own, essentially fed to the sharks. The turnover rate for management is extremely high, and they’re completely lacking in transparency. Despite the large amount charged to clients, you’re only paid a fraction of it—around $900-$1,000 a month. Who knows what happens to the rest, but they’re very cheap when it comes to supplies. The computer equipment they provide is outdated and recycled from old call centers. Everything is run down. When I finally quit due to the stress and unrealistic expectations, they didn’t even pay me for my last two weeks. So they essentially robbed me of two weeks’ pay. To make matters worse, I worked over three weeks without pay at the start, and when I received my first check, I found a whole week was missing. They told me they’d pay me that if I ever left—but that was a huge lie. I basically worked for three weeks for free.
