Received no proper training- was thrown straight in the deep end and had tasks explained to me very quickly then expected to go off and complete the task. Didn't feel like I could ask for help as everyone seemed too manic and made me feel like they were too busy to answer questions. They pushed back my 1 week feedback meeting to week 3 where they told me I needed to improve on a range of things. One week later they got rid of me. Not one of my 3 managers said anything to me on the day they planned to get rid of me- no feedback, goodbye or anything. It all came from the head of the client team who I didn't actually work directly with. I had to pay for flowers for a client's birthday with my own money on the understanding they would pay me back. Never paid me back the £45 even after emailing them a couple of times.
