Pros

Decent pay, great co-workers and the job itself is not too bad. Different schedules to choose from and they will try to work with you as best they can.

Cons

The company has been changing over the last few years and I don't believe it's for the best. Company morale isn't very good and I feel we're being treated more like numbers instead of people. Customer service suffers in the long run. Unhappy employees = Unhappy customers. I don't feel mandatory overtime is fair either, especially to people that depend on a ride to work or if you're dependent on a babysitter for your kids.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
