It’s disappointing to see the company rely on internally written positive reviews to make themselves look good. Management and executives put on a friendly, caring front, but it’s nothing more than a façade. They claim to value transparency and integrity, yet their actions consistently show otherwise. Talented, hardworking employees are underpaid, overworked, and often mistreated. The company piles on unrealistic workloads with little appreciation or fair compensation. They talk about safety and teamwork, but it’s all for show — they only care about appearances and protecting upper management. If you look at their LinkedIn or public image, it’s as fake as fake can be. The culture is driven by favoritism and nepotism, creating a toxic environment where good employees are pushed out and mediocrity is rewarded. This is not a place to grow your career or even use as a stepping stone.
