Pros
Opportunity to work on different projects. Good place for self-learners who prefer independent work.
Cons
My experience at this company was disappointing, especially regarding employee treatment and career growth. The company appears to avoid formal layoffs by pressuring employees to resign instead. In several cases, employees were given vague reasons related to behavior, attitude, or performance without clear feedback or improvement plans. This creates an environment of uncertainty and fear. There were also instances where employees were encouraged to take on new responsibilities or learn specific technologies based on business needs, but when they expressed interest in exploring other career paths or emerging technologies, those interests were not always supported. This created the impression that employee career development was secondary to immediate project requirements. Another concern was the lack of consistency and transparency during the exit process. Expectations regarding notice periods and transition plans sometimes changed without clear communication, making it difficult for employees to plan their next steps. The overall process often felt more focused on organizational convenience than on treating employees fairly and professionally. The HR department appeared heavily aligned with management decisions rather than acting as a neutral support system for employees. Transparency and employee advocacy were lacking. From a technical growth perspective, there was very little mentorship. Most learning was self-driven, and there were few experienced senior engineers available to guide team members. In some cases, knowledge sharing felt discouraged rather than encouraged. Managers often lacked strong technical expertise, making it difficult to receive meaningful technical direction.
