Cannot think of any at this point, there are still some good workers but they deserve better than this horrible environment here.
Cons
Indifferent colleagues when it comes to actual work: this is contagious and will gradually consume your own energy; Poor communication: Product managers are barely responsive; The company has been re-organized again around COVID, and many good senior managers have left since then. More have left since the company was acquired by a larger organization; No leadership from senior managers: empty promises but lots of sabotaging and micromanagements; Zero career growth; The technologies being used are outdated, making it nearly impossible to gain exposure to new tech. The rigid inflexible tech leads and tech stacks leave you with limited to none options; Some senior executives make inappropriate jokes in the public workspace, leaving those who are targeted by the jokes feeling embarrassed.
