As much as remote working is a Pro, it can also be a con. With employees being all over the world, it makes it difficult to have face to face meets often

* A great focus on work life balance and the most family friendly workplace that I have ever been a part of. There is very much a focus here on 'family first' and the Leadership team are passionate about staff having a healthy work life balance. I have a 17 month old and I have been working from home during COVID-19 and they could not be more supportive and understanding. In other Companies you may feel nervous if you were on a call and your children joined you - not here, it is a breath of fresh air. * Brilliant colleagues who are welcoming, friendly, inclusive and have a real passion for the Company. * There is a real focus on health and wellbeing which is fantastic to see, the Leadership team genuinely care about their team and actively encourage and support people in any activities that are beneficial for their health. * A great variety of work to get involved in, you are valued for your skills and experience and trusted to get on with your role and be the best that you can be.

No cons so far - I feel very lucky to be part of such a great team and Company and I am excited for the future.
