      Pros

      It was a great opportunity to work with Agilisium, which mainly focus on Cloud technologies. I am very grateful to join here as a fresher. I have been given training on Apache Spark for the first 3 months and motivated to do spark certification on Databricks. I am happy to share that I have cleared my certification and company provided me "Full Reimbursement" of the certificate cost to encourage the employee.

      Cons

      They are very helpful to an employee at any point of time.

      Pros

      They really find that right candidate for that right role, and if it is is you - you may go to work on Monday as a contractor. Cool company, cool culture - and again laser focused.

      Cons

      It's contracting so there are no guarantees about your future co-workers. But that's contracting. My advice is that if you end up in an odd situation, tell Agilisium sooner rather than later - they can shift you to another place.
