Thought the small company would have good startup like culture. But its practices are more like the big service based companies in India.
Cons
The leads'/managers' only task is to give atleast 8 hour task to every employee daily and follow up with them on daily status. I was put into a sql project with no proper communication after working in bigdata project for 2 years suddenly, since there is billing in the project. Managers are not experienced. They live stress free life and create continuous stress on the people reporting to them. They will blackmail and give with of pay if you are not working on the daily task given to you without listening to any of your concerns. Could not find experienced managers who will support and listen to reportees' concerns. There is no time for learning or training since they will fill your office time with adequate tasks.
