Pros
Considering Agility are massively unknown in the market they are very aggressive for container rates inbound from China. Happy to undercut competition and make losses in order to secure business.
Cons
Very old system which is from the dark ages which goes hand in hand with the management. Full of dinosaurs and plodders and any new talent coming onboard just simply do not get recognition because Agility are stuck in their ways. Not much offered in the way of in-house training to support your job function. Buildings are very old and cramped. H&S would have a field day over lack of working space and noise control.
