Pros
A company that grows organically and competes with the biggest players in the market space. Kind, friendly and very helpful people to work with. A company that wants to help and grow their sales staff by offering an enablement team, not even the bigger companies offer this level of investment into their sales teams to help better them and make them successful.
Cons
All companies have difficulties and changes can be made but the grass is not always greener. My advice is we have an amazing management structure in place, talk to your manager about any frustrations. Sales is hard everywhere and targets are always hard to meet if the work isn't put in. There are a number of sales people making a lot of money at Agility, so look within and ask for help.
