I can only speak about the payroll department but I was minimally trained but was told my productivity was being questioned. The supervisor did not schedule or delegate any training that was needed in order to fulfill job duties that were expected from me. I always asked what I could do to help. When asking the lead any questions, it was clear it was bothersome to them but they complained constantly about me to management. The environment is very stuffy like I was walking on eggshells. No, actually broken glass. You are not allowed to socialize. If you get up to use the restroom, or to get water or coffee, it’s viewed as procrastinating. Upper management treats lower level employees poorly. They walk around, micro manage, and give dirty looks. They expect lower level employees to be robots. It was a very uncomfortable environment.
