Pros
Everyone from HR and the Project Management team who interviewed me was very responsive (like I have never experienced before), honest about the position, salary, Agorize culture, and what to expect. As part of the recruitment process, I was given a case study, which helped me better understand the role. The feedback received was also important to identify what I would need to improve on and therefore if I would be a good fit for the position. Before my first workday, I had a very friendly conversation with my mentor, she clarified all my questions, from dress code to working hours. My first day was nice and smooth, I had a card signed by members from all departments, they gave me a very warm welcome and were consistently checking on me to ensure I was doing well. I had a very pleasant experience with my recruitment and onboarding process.
Cons
At times it can get a little stressful with all projects, but it is compensated by the fact that I am part of an amazing team that has each other backs. =)
