Pros

If your threaten not to work or give 30 day notice they will pay you immediately, while looking for somone to replace you.

Cons

If you enjoy chasing your employer for weeks just to get paid, AgreeYa Solutions is the place for you. They treat contractor pay like an optional suggestion rather than a legal obligation. My first payment was three weeks late, and the rest were a constant battle for the next two years. They will never tell you there is a "problem" until you've already missed receiving payment and forced them to answer an email or text, which they have ignored many times. They have zero respect for their workers' time or labor. Avoid at all costs. If you doubt, I have emails and text to substantiate my story. I can’t be the only one that experience this and I am then that says something else that I don’t want to mention at this time. Once your on the inside, they will asking you for " inside information" pretending like you have a good relationship with them, don't fall for it becuase it violates procurement rules ( I have another email to validate this). I am not sure how many employess besides one actually work in america, I belive they are all out of Indian and the Folsom address is not a real office.
