Good job, but old school management - Accounting Analyst Agri Stats Employee Review

Very rigid in time-keeping, forced one-hour lunch At the time, working from home was not a option even though everything could have been done from home (thank you Covid for proving this) Uneven distribution of workloads, my dept was asking for more work while others were working weekends Was told there employee longevity was very high but I don't think anyone is calculating turnover because my department had 3 people that quit after about a year No growth potential
