They are hiring as per skillset, not as per marks. I got job opportunities after having a 5.2 CGPA. good company—they always support freshers. Only strict for those who are not able to complete their own commitment after getting selected.
Cons
They recruit very easily as per students commitments and some time those students create issues and delaying the projects where company is getting loss.
