Unprofessional Management and HR - Backend Developer Ahex Technologies Employee Review

1. To much work pressure. They will treat employees like robots. 2. Offical notice notice period is three months which is to munch. They will try to extend notice period up to 6 months. 3. No snacks. 4. Bad coffee machine maintenance sometimes insets will found in coffee. 5. Very lazy HR. If we reach HR for any problems, He won't do anything and ask us to reach management directly. I didn't understand what is the use of HR. 6. HR policies are in favor of management. 7. No corporate culture. 8. Management won't respect employees. 9. Work environment is really bad. 10. Company won't provide any insurance for employees. 11. For every hour management will pings for status.
