Pros
The employees were the best part of this company. They were the only reason I stayed as long as I did.. but then everyone left.

#1 Con- The Management Unfortunately, the employees get along so well because we all had the same complaints and issues - management. There's only 2 managers who report to the CEO and they are extremely unqualified and unprofessional. They cross the line with their comments and just about everything relating to your business and personal life making everyone feel uncomfortable. HUGE HR NIGHTMARE. This company only has a handful of people working for them so the micromanagement is unreal and the environment is consistently hostile. When the problem is at the top there is nothing you can change about the company. Several of us have tried.. You would think with the absurd turnover rate and how many GOOD people they've lost in less than a year, they'd start to value their employees. They take advantage of your hard work and expect that you do a million things not listed on your job description. If you can't/simply don't want to, they blame it on you not being able to "handle it". It's not a functional workplace (legally and morally) by any means. Worst experience..
