Hello, Thank you for providing feedback on our organization. We are a diverse company and take racism and bullying very seriously and do not permit this type of behavior. We are aware of an incident between two employees and dealt with it immediately upon notification, culminating in the termination of an employee. If there is something further, please reach out to us so we can address this. We respect privacy and we have no ability to spy on employees, nor would we do so. As was explained to employees who were loaned company laptops, we have an administrator login on the laptop to ensure that if an employee leaves we can still use the computer, as it belongs to the company. And we require antivirus security software to be installed to protect data. We do not have access to employee medical information. Our HR department only manages registration for health plans. We value all feedback and take all comments into consideration.
