Pros

I have been working as a lead team member in the Finance department at Aion Group, and it has been a highly enriching experience. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with teams across all levels, which has significantly contributed to my professional growth and understanding of the business. Aion is a great place for learning, training, and continuous development. There are strong opportunities to grow and take on meaningful responsibilities. While we have experienced some challenging periods during my tenure, what truly stands out is the company’s resilience. Aion has always managed to bounce back quickly, and most importantly, has shown a strong commitment to its people—never resorting to layoffs even during tough times. That level of stability and employee focus is something I truly admire.

Cons

As a growing organization, there are times when processes and communication across departments can be improved. Given the fast pace and evolving structure, some initiatives may require extra coordination or patience to fully implement.
