      Pros

      Very strong community ties among the faculty--supportive and kind colleagues. The location is beautiful and the offices are nice. Cadets/Students are wonderful.

      Cons

      Top-level leadership is ambivalent about employing civilians. News outlets have accurately reported on plans to downsize.
