      Pros

      During the internship you get lots of independence, and as the company is continuously growing, team members value your input to improving and adjusting the current processes. Great team atmosphere and super friendly communication!

      Cons

      Since this is a startup, lots of processes need adjusting as the business grows, which of course leads to high work loads. However, this means your opinion and creativity is valued and you can really make a difference in this company. It is part of the challenge of working for a quickly growing business.
